Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the Sauron Intelligence website and the information, software previews, aircraft-model files, and related materials made available through it.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms and the applicable Privacy Policy and Non-Commercial Evaluation License. If you do not agree, do not use the site or download its files.
2. Website purpose
The website presents SarumanOS autonomous command-and-control software, aircraft-model concepts, preview downloads, and information about Sauron Intelligence. Product descriptions, availability, pricing, compatibility, and features may change before commercial release.
3. Downloaded materials
Software builds, 3MF or STL model files, documentation, and other downloads are licensed and not sold. Unless a separate written agreement expressly applies, downloads are limited to non-commercial evaluation under the Non-Commercial Evaluation License.
4. Commercial access
A displayed price, subscription description, or download link is not a grant of commercial-use, manufacturing, redistribution, fleet-deployment, or service-provider rights. Commercial rights require an applicable order and written commercial agreement from Sauron Intelligence.
5. Payments and checkout
When enabled, payments are processed through Paddle Checkout. Paddle’s checkout terms and privacy notice apply to the payment flow. A successful payment gives access only to the product, subscription, and license expressly described in the applicable order; it does not by itself grant commercial manufacturing or operational rights.
6. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with or disrupt the website; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy the site for resale; misrepresent affiliation with Sauron Intelligence; bypass technical controls; infringe another person’s rights; or use the site or materials in violation of applicable law.
7. Aircraft and operational responsibility
Aircraft models and software previews are technical evaluation materials. You are responsible for engineering review, fabrication quality, structural integrity, electronics, firmware, flight configuration, operating procedures, qualified supervision, and compliance with aviation, radio, privacy, export, and safety requirements. Website access does not certify an aircraft or authorize a flight.
8. Intellectual property
The website, SarumanOS, aircraft-model files, documentation, artwork, logos, and other materials are owned by Sauron Intelligence or its licensors and may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent, design-right, trade-secret, contract, and other laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in writing. See the Patent and IP Notice.
9. Third-party systems
SarumanOS may interface with third-party hardware, firmware, operating systems, maps, networks, or services. Sauron Intelligence does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, terms, security, accuracy, or performance.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and evaluation materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Sauron Intelligence disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, accuracy, compatibility, and safe operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sauron Intelligence and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business, opportunity, aircraft, payload, or equipment arising from the website or evaluation materials.
12. Suspension and termination
Sauron Intelligence may restrict or terminate access to the site or materials when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, or prevent harm. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
13. Changes and applicable law
These terms may be updated as the website and products develop. Revised terms apply when published with a new effective date. Mandatory rights under applicable local law remain unaffected. A governing-law and dispute-resolution clause should be added before public commercial launch after the operating legal entity and jurisdiction are confirmed.
