Refund policy
Sauron Intelligence products are digital downloads and software subscriptions delivered through Paddle Checkout.
Digital aircraft models
Because digital model files are delivered immediately, orders are generally non-refundable after download. If a file is materially corrupted or unavailable, contact us within 14 days and we will provide a corrected file or review a refund request.
SarumanOS subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Paddle receipt or customer self-service link. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period remains active. If you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days so we can review the transaction.
How to contact us
Include your Paddle receipt email and order reference when requesting help. Paddle may also assist with payment and billing questions through its checkout support.
